Payment & Insurance

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

We are currently a private pay agency and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. However, if you have private insurance that may reimburse you for home care services, we're happy to help you navigate that process and provide the necessary documentation for reimbursement. We offer affordable, personalized care plans tailored to your family's needs and budget.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept private pay arrangements through QuickBooks invoicing (our preferred method) and check payments.

Can I use my insurance for reimbursement?

Yes! If you have private insurance that covers home care services, we'll work with you to provide detailed invoices and documentation needed for reimbursement. While we don't bill insurance directly, we're here to support you through the reimbursement process.

What type of care do you provide?

We are a non-medical home care agency serving people of all ages. Our services include:

  • Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)

  • Companionship

  • Meal planning and preparation

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping

  • Transportation and errand running

  • Respite care for family caregivers

  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care support

  • Post-surgical recovery support (non-medical)

  • Child care and nanny services

Do you provide skilled nursing?

We have a Registered Nurse available for periodic assessments and care plan evaluations. However, we do not offer daily skilled nursing services such as wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, or post-surgical medical procedures. For those specialized medical services, we're happy to refer you to qualified medical home health agencies.

What is the difference between your services and medical home health?

We focus on non-medical personal care and support with daily living activities. We do not perform medical procedures, wound care, or provide daily skilled nursing visits. Our caregivers help with bathing, dressing, meal prep, companionship, medication reminders, and household tasks—everything that helps maintain quality of life and independence at home.

Do you provide care for seniors only?

No! While we specialize in senior care, we also provide:

  • Child care and nanny services for families

  • Post-surgical recovery support for adults of all ages

  • Companionship and personal care for anyone who needs assistance at home

We serve people of all ages throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.

What are your minimum hours?

We require a minimum of 4 hours per day for hourly care services.

Do you offer 24/7 care?

Yes! We offer live-in care where a dedicated caregiver stays with your loved one around the clock, providing continuous support, companionship, and peace of mind.

What scheduling options do you offer?

  • Hourly/ part-time care (minimum 4 hours per day a few days per week)

  • Full-time care (daily 12 hour support)

  • Live-in care (24/7 support)

You choose the days, times, and frequency that work best for your family.

How quickly can you start services?

Once we complete your consultation, caregiver matching, and necessary paperwork, we typically begin services within 5-7 days. If you have urgent needs, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

What if my regular caregiver can't make it?

We maintain backup caregivers to ensure continuity of care in case of emergencies, illness, or scheduled absences. Your care is never interrupted.
